Qu'est-ce qu'un PCB ?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Une carte de circuit imprim\u00e9 (PCB) soutient m\u00e9caniquement et connecte \u00e9lectriquement les composants \u00e9lectroniques en utilisant des voies conductrices, ou pistes, grav\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de feuilles de cuivre stratifi\u00e9es sur un substrat non conducteur.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Couches et Mat\u00e9riaux :<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Circuits imprim\u00e9s simples faces :<\/strong> Pr\u00e9sentez des pistes en cuivre d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la carte.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>PCBs double face :<\/strong> Avoir des pistes en cuivre des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la carte, permettant des circuits plus complexes.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>PCB multicouches<\/strong>: se composent de plusieurs couches de traces de cuivre s\u00e9par\u00e9es par un mat\u00e9riau isolant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Conception de PCB :<\/h3>\n\n<p>Le processus de conception comprend la capture de sch\u00e9mas, la mise en page du PCB et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de fichiers Gerber, qui sont utilis\u00e9s pour fabriquer le PCB.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Processus de fabrication :<\/h3>\n\n<p>Le processus de fabrication implique plusieurs \u00e9tapes : la conception, le transfert du design sur la carte en cuivre, la gravure, le per\u00e7age, le plaquage, le masquage de la soudure, et enfin l'impression s\u00e9rigraphique.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Composants et Assemblage :<\/h3>\n\n<p>Les composants sont ensuite soud\u00e9s sur le circuit imprim\u00e9 (PCB). Cela peut \u00eatre fait en utilisant la technologie \u00e0 travers les trous ou la technologie de montage en surface (SMT).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
